Me TiMe Mindfulness Masterclass for Happiness: Simple practices for a happy mind, body and soul. This 2 hour session will provide an opportunity to really tune into all of your senses, including your own intuition. It offers a time to review what happiness is  for you and to tap into the simplest form of happiness that resides within us all. There will be the option of identifying potential barriers to happiness and a chance to build a plan of Happiness Habits to take simple mindfulness practices back into the real  world. No previous experience of mindfulness is necessary.
